Problem:

“I need you to fix the Roku, so I can watch football”

Solution:

I Googled the model and then while looking closer, I realized it required USB for power.

Found a USB cable plugged in the back of the TV, connected the other end to the Roku and then verified that it played video and that the Roku remote worked.
