Problem:

Client states “The printer isn’t printing”

Solution:

Upon a couple more close-ended questions, client actually client actually meant that the printing device, an Epson inkjet printer, was “printing blank pages”.

I searched Google for “Epson {Model #} printer printing blank pages” and found that one of the common issues that cause this was the print head.

I then searched Google again for “How to clean Epson {Model #} print head” and found there is a maintenance program built in to the print device.

I ran the program two times and verified with a test page that it was working.

Worked well ever since.
